In the part where it says 对于爱情害怕触碰放弃挣扎, this gets translated as "For love, for fear of touch, for fear of abandonment, you gave up struggling." What I'm wondering is, where did "fear of abandonment" come from? It doesn't seem to be in the untranslated lyrics.
This sounds like what Makoto would say to Ei, if she had the chance. It fits their relationship too well, like how Ei never sees herself more than a weapon for her sister and always tries to show her sister that she's okay with everything, even if she had to sacrifice herself to help Makoto become the Archon. Their relationship has never been shown too much on screen, but through this song, I can feel a strong bond between them. Throwing herself away like nothing, having blood on her hand for thousands of years, and doing everything in her capability to help her sister, but in the end, her sister is the one who died...I feel like it's just perfect that Ju Hua Hua covers this emotional song.

This lyrics is like Ei's twin sister talking to her. Ei is the shadow while her twin sister, Makoto, was the sun and provided the main public image while Ei acted as her body double. This fits them so much that I feel sad now. "Even if I'm not here beside you, I'll strive to shine for you" T-T.
