Welcome to my channel, I will be showing engineering projects that I am or have been working on when I have the time. I hope you all enjoy and maybe can learn a thing or two from my adventures!😁😁
Chopper Build Part 2 : Reviving The Engine!
Finally got the ATV engine running and ready to swap onto the chopper frame!!! I remembered that it is possible to start an electric start engine without a battery by using a socket and a drill on the side of the magneto wheel!
I know it looks pretty slow but the automatic transmission is better geared for the top end and gets going pretty fast when you actually get moving! Not to mention I will be putting a smaller rear sprocket on, which will add more top speed as well as having a wheel that's over twice the diameter!
Thank you for watching as always!!! If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or complaints please leave a comment and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge!!

Chopper Build Part 1 - Rebuilding The Forks
มุมมอง 23316 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
It's finally time to start on the chopper build! I started with rebuilding the headset assembly because I've been struggling to get the ATV engine started, and it makes more sense to fix the forks while there's no extra weight on the frame yet! in the meantime I have gotten the engine running so keep an eye out for part 2 where I show how I worked that out! Thank you for watching as always!!! I...
New Parts Unboxing!!
มุมมอง 3614 วันที่ผ่านมา
My new parts for the chopper arrived in the mail and I just wanted to show you guys what I got!! However, I need opinions and insight on which carburetor I should use for the build!? They're both beautiful carbs but I don't know which one to use! Please let me know what you think!

Chopper Forks Assembly - Viewer Question Response!
มุมมอง 18หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video I'm "vaguely" going over the forks and head set that is currently installed on the chopper frame, I hope it helps but this will be changed drasticly very soon! So keep an eye out for my chopper build videos coming soon!!!
Air pumps are universal!
มุมมอง 21หลายเดือนก่อน
I just learned today that hand held tire pumps are reversible to accommodate both Schrader and Presta valves!! Did you know this???
How to install a 100cc/80cc engine on a bicycle
มุมมอง 1.3Kหลายเดือนก่อน
Hello! In this video I will be going over EVERYTHING to install a 100cc engine on a bicycle, this would all be the same for an 80cc engine as well! I hope you find this video helpful and can learn a few tricks to make your install easier along the way! -My 100cc engine -www.amazon.com/Frederimo-Conversion-Air-Cooling-Fuel-efficient-2023/dp/B0BVR1QFWX?pd_rd_w=4lgLu&content-id=amzn1.sym.e0ae54a7-...
What kind of plants are those ?
Them there are some engineering pants😂😂
Plants *
Lots and lots of corn😅
If my clutch isn’t disengaging should I tighten the cable more?
Yes that would be the most common issue, and if there is not enough adjustment on the clutch handle part you will need to bottom it back out and re-tighten the cable on the engine side!
Thank you for the video Very detailed
Of course! I’m glad you like it!😁😁
I road that atv 😮😮😮
Nice builds bro I just finished a new one recently also thanks for sharing it
Of course!! Part 2 of the chopper build soon to come! I already got the recordings of getting the engine running, I just have to edit it shorter!
First 🎉
Bro your cable management is a mess😂😂😂
There’s not much you can do when you have like 2 extra feet of cable😂 maybe I’ll look into a Bluetooth throttle and clutch🤣🤣
This is giving male Karen vibes …
You don't need an air filter.
I’ve seen a few channels that ride their bikes without air filters but it’s just my personal preference, I’ll take a minuscule loss of power over my engine eating a rock😂😂
Breathe air you don’t need a vape
🤣🤣🤣
nice build. These have a way of being a continual project in progress, and hopefully we keep them in a state of being rideable. They always evolve away from the original plan tho haha. hope to see more!
Yes they do haha! Like I said in my first video when installing it, this is the first frame my 80cc engine was on and then it went through 3 others until it ended up on my mountain bike, and I still have plans to put it onto a different frame and reinstall the jack shaft kit I got for it, so that will be another video eventually!! Thank you for the comment and I appreciate the support!😁😁
Nice bike bro
Thank you very much!😁
Im liking the intake extension. And that is a Maikuni, 24mm are great with smaller jets. Congratulations on the welder, best choice ever.Good looking upgrades . Thanks for sharing.
Appreciate the comment! Unfortunately I probably will not be using the intake extension because the hole spacing is different on each side🤨 I’m thinking it might actually be an adapter for smaller engines like my 80cc and 100cc, but that still wouldn’t work because the seat post tube would be in the way. So I’m a little stumped on that one, but we can still get by without it!!
My back tire is too fat for my chain it rubs against my tire which is 26x4 is there any idea you have to fix it the bike is a mongoose beast
If you look at the chopper bike it has an engine mounting adapter plate the scoots it further to the left to clear the 4” wide tire, I’m not sure if that would fit inside your frame though along with the engine but it’s an idea. Another option would be to use a jack shaft kit that’s wide enough, and then it will be driving the original chain on the bike so you will be able to shift “gears” on the engine too.
Pretty much it, missing chain breaker and chain parts for a quick repair.
That is very true! My bag is just packed so full that I don’t bring one but I do have another master link I can squeeze in I think! Thank you for pointing that out!
@@Bob-T-Builder it is my pleasure.
Nice, subscribed. Come by and check on a pro racer.
Great and thorough video! I don't know if it's easier installing the clutch cable before or after the chain, but apparently both ways work. I probably would have taken one more link out of the chain, but again, you had it set up pretty good and working just fine!! 👍👍😁
I actually did take one more chain section out after riding for a bit, it was just a bit too sketchy😬 but I’m working on my update video on the build!! But still keep an eye out for the chopper build cause it will be interesting💯💯💯💯
@gamerdad8531
Cool sting ray how did you manage to install those forks on the bike I've been wanting to mount some motorcycle forks on my Ruff-cycles tango and convert the hole bike into a small motorcycle 🏍️
Thank you so much!😁😁 And awesome question! I stole the whole front end off of a 1974 Honda dirt bike that my dad and I could never figure out the wiring harness to, I used the original bearings from the chopper frame itself as well as the ones off the Honda shocks and still had to fill in some space with some extra bearings I had from old BMX head sets, (I suppose using washers in between would work as well). I will be dropping a Q and A style video soon on topics I wanted to retouch on the 100cc engine build and I will address the the chopper forks in more detail at the very beginning! I also forgot I needed to swap out one of the bearings and re-grease everything so thank you for your comment to remind me!!!😇😇😇
Thank you for your your reply and I look forward to it
@@gamerdad8531 I also forgot to mention in my previous comment that I also have a long threaded bolt down the center of the head set assembly, with very large washers, to clamp everything together as an extra safety precaution so the forks don’t fall off while I’m riding! It isn’t necessary at all but I’d rather have the extra redundancy and be safe than sorry😅. Again I will try to show EVERYTHING about it in the beginning of my Q&A video for you!💯💯💯
Sick bikes bro! I like how thorough you are with the vid! 🙂💯
More to come soon! Plenty of projects, just trying to find the time for each one😂 Appreciate the support!💯💯💯
I agree great video
Thanks for being thorough with every step of the build. I was having trouble with my kill switch connection and your video made it so easy and clear. I had my bike running and working in five minutes. Thanks Again
@@DonAlejandro68 Glad I could help!😁😁
