Through this channel, I wish to share with the aspirants of joining Army, Navy and Air Force as an Officer about SSB procedure and mentor them to prepare for the same in a manner that facilitates selection. A number of coaching institutes and guidance available on internet more often than not provide quick-fixes which prove to be counter productive. Deserving candidates may gain immensely through deep insights and that is the aim of creating this channel.

Sir, is there high chance of recommendation in written entry like cds or nda?
Yes in a way. The recommendation in SSB is independent of type of entry. However, because of greater vacancies in these entries, chances of losing out in final merit are relatively less.
Sir, Good people like you always work for others without gaining profit ❤
I am happy to help aspiring candidates. Thanks !!
Sir, is luck also a factor of recommendation?
When preparation meets opportunity, people call it luck. The throughness of assessment by all assessors using different technique reduces chances of luck to almost nil.
sir i git dropped after 10 min discussion..i think my interview was not convincing..can u please give any contact number .so i can approach for personal guidance.
Reflection on the specific questions asked during this time should give you an insight on likely gap. All the best !!!
Sir I have attended the SSB coaching program of 15 days. I was below average in GTO and average in psych and interview. My ssb is in 2 months and I have to study for 12th too. I am demotivated as many got recommended there but I was not. 😢
If you are demotivated, you are proving their assessment right. If you believe in yourself, prepare in right direction, and still achieve desired results.

@@rajeshgangele Yes sir, I will work hard and give my best. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
Sir i made a big mistake by entering the confrence room and not wishing assessors and directly sat on the chair kept . I felt that it would have raised a question on my conduct but i was very nervous at that point
Let me assure you that this wouldn’t have affected the outcome.
Thank you sir but I will be more careful next time
sir do they check OIR as sometimes we get result just 15 min after PPDT?
Results do not get compiled till OIR is known.
Thank you sir
Sir one dought please reply me agar conference board wale reccomed kar dete hai to minimum kitne marks dege jaise ki maine agar pysh, gto,io ke pass se 270 le liye toh conference wale minimum kitne dege
I already covered it - roughly proportionately baking it 360 or little more out of 900
I already covered it - roughly proportionately making it 360 or little more out of 900
Sir thank you for information . Sir I had a doubt in piq that should i mention in Ncc certificate column along with c certificate that i got certificate of republic day camp and deputy directorate general commendation in that or only c certificate.
You may mention it.
@@rajeshgangele thank you sir
Thank you sir, We are eagerly waiting for Nxt videos
Thank you so much sir for everything and guidance
Good sir
Sir can we use hand gestures in ppdt group discussion?? Does it causes negative impact??
Yes, very much. Go through my Videos on Body Language & Screening tests.
@@rajeshgangele but sir I have seen a lot of students using hand gestures still getting screened in
Aryan, my Yes is for use of natural hand gestures. It causes no negative impact. Kindly absorb the essennce of my video on body language.
Sir question regarding TAT Sir i have watched the self assessment of tat stories by ourselves video and i want to ask that is it is good to be prepared with certain pictures which are often comming in ssb before example drowning, accident, person with gun , thinking person, mountain climbing etc will it be good in going in that direction were i consider myself a theme and prepare with action during preparation of tat ?
Why you want to pre-prepare stories???? This will be at conscious level and against the grain of TAT.
@@rajeshgangele thank you sir i got it, i was going to do that, now i will not
Sir do angularity cases even reach the 2nd phase of testing
Yes, sometimes it does happen.
Sir can the discussion on a discussable candidate happen just for 2 minutes or it’s more than 10 minutes always
Yes it may. I think I covered it - before a candidate is called in, the assessor who is holding, may clear just on account of discussion with other assessors.
THANK YOU SIR... THIS IS MUCH NEEDED VIDEO SERIES TO CLEAR MYTHS AND CONFUSION REGARDING CONFERENCE.
Sir I am a 12th appearing candidate and have cleared nda 2 2024. I topped my district with 96% in 10th. Also there were major problems this year as my father had to undergo two operations and I had to up and down hospital for almost 2 months between May and July. I couldn't continue school in August because I had to revise the syllabus for NDA. There are no sports available at my school and also there is no park or ground nearby, so I don't have much to write in PIQ. I have started playing badminton with my sister to overcome this weakness. My Question - I have nothing much to write in Sports section of PIQ , will this impact my image? Also I have not continued my school this year. I am not someone who wants to seek sympathy or anything , please tell me something more.
Sir, can you provide break up of CDS entry marks? Because the 225 mark system is for NDA I suppose.
There is no change in marking system for CDS.
@@rajeshgangele okay sir, thank you for responding.
Sir, thanks for making time for us.
👍
sir from past 2 attempts i am getting screened out although scoring full marks in oir and doing extremly well in ppdt and giving two three points in GD. sir can u tell me what is going wrong? i am repeater
Aryan, I can't offer any comments because of insufficient first hand information. May get a sense yourself if you examine things dispassionately in the light of what I have shared.
Sir I am a 12th appearing candidate and have qualified for NDA 2. I am going to take an offline SSB coaching. Will it provide a negative impact or is it solely performance that matters? Please make a dedicated video on it.
If you have gone through my Videos, one thing must be clear - avoid coaching. Own performance on right lines is what matters most. I don't think a separate video is required on the subject.
Thank you so much sir for these videos it helps a lot .
Sir what about border line candidate’s marks and how all accessors confirm either he recommended or not
Wait for next video
Sir please cover personal interview first and also your experience with some best candidates and why you think they were better than others.
I have already covered IO technique. Look into my playlist.
Really helpful advise thank u sir for this video 😊
Sir,I have a doubt regarding group discussion that if I know that in my group a member's story is little bit better but different than my story. although my story is also good and related to the picture. Should I start supporting his story or stick to my own story in the very initial phase of group discussion. As I know that in the later phase of group discussion.I will go with the flow of group, I mean whichever story group is supporting. Kindly give me guidance. Thank you
Being open to others’ idea and yet being in position to project good points of your story are the qualities needed to. My way or highway approach reflects adversely on F2 qualities. Hope you get the essence.
Sir is it true that PPDT is different from TAT?? If yes please make a video on how to access ppdt stories. I mean when I wrote story on a picture I think i wrote a good story but when I hear someone's story I started thinking that his story is better. Kindly help sir. Thank you
You seem to be missing the basics - story is not good or bad by itself. It is projection of one’s own personality. During discussion in PPDT, aspects of group chip in, and flexibility to arrive at group solution come in. Hope you get the finer distinction.
So a candidate who gets a marginal factor 1 is considered a borderline candidate by the IO and final decision is taken on the candidate during the conference?
You will get more clarity when I post videos on conference. Wait till then.
@@rajeshgangele thank you sir
Sir if a candidate gets Marginal Factor 1 remark by the interviewing officer , he/she is passed or failed by the IO ? please clarify sir
The IO awards marks and writes your profile. If you are short on factor 1, he may not clear you but go with open mind in conference ,if other other two assessors find you ok in Factor 1 , IO may also agree to clear you.
Thank you so much for this sir!
👍
anyways Excellent Explanation Sir, Keep up the Good Work
Thanks !
Sir, I had a Doubt is Being Humble considered weak not an OLQ
Being Humble as opposed to egoist is always a good quality. In SSB, it contributes to better F2 qualities.
Sir how long we can be answered in words?
Sorry, I have not understood the question!
Jay Hind sir Plz explain something regarding SCO entry
There is no difference in selection process whatsoever.
Sir ,What is duration of young officer's course in artillery regiment
It’s 179 days.
@@rajeshgangele Thank You Sir
Sir, terms like Gestalt, free association, storming etc are Greek and Latin for the candidates. Won't focus on GPARTS...grasp,priorities of problems, aim, resources, time plan and solutions be more important to candidates??
You have a point. I have shared fundamentals with a hope that discerning candidates may get benefited. ACRONYMs may also help channelise thought process.
Sir i saw in one of the video in TH-cam that for negative words use prevent, reduce, overcome to convert into postive is that right sir ?
It’s ok provided it is in sync with your thoughts.
Thank you sir for the guidance.
Thank you for your guidance sir
Situation-Some dacoits attacked his village at midnight, he suddenly woke by the sound of fire , He…. Answer- First He hides his family and people in his neighbourhood in his house and blocked all the entry and exit points ensuring their safety second he called the emergency line and informed the police about the dacoit attack and third he along with some of his friends gave first aid to the injured and took them to nearby health centre
What a splendid things you are doing sir , so many candidates who can’t afford coaching are going to be benefitted Immensely by this
Sir in my conference at AFSB I was asked to tell what are the subjects I took in my graduation starting from first year to final year, is it a regular question or question asked to borderline candidates to assess some OLQ, please clarify and guide me sir
May be its latter …
@@rajeshgangele thank you sir for the response, I would like to add that after I answered the question, the IO asked me ‘what are you going to do if you are not recommended’ ?
1 creative mind have good imagination 2 carelessness prevented by taking responsibility Discipline defeat procrastination Challenges brings opportunity to serve Nature gives pleasure Disagreement brings out more productive points Encouragement motivates the troop Overcome Depression by taking action
Sir in my conference at AFSB I was asked to tell what are the subjects I took in my graduation starting from first year to final year, is it a regular question or question asked to borderline candidates to assess some OLQ
In my 2 SSBs I went for IAF I was called first in the sequence among the group and given a traditional command task of level 4 where the forward support ( fulcrum) was missing and two cantilevers has to be made one from start-line and other from finish line, I was conference out at the end, because my interview didn’t go well, did I perform well in the GTO series sir ?
Amazingly
Got good insights of WAT.. Thankyou Sir..🙏
1)Observation enhances imagination. 2)Responsibility avoids carelessness. 3)Hardwork defeats talent. 4)Challenges creates bravery. 5)Helping others give pleasure. 6)Constructive disagreement brings changes. 7)Encouragement motivates to do well. 8)Family's support helps to overcome depression.
