Speaking of dumps...I have a certain running partner that dropped one mid race in a sub 20 Tunnel Hill effort. Quite impressive actually. Great job, Kevin. You have me pumped to get back out to another 100.

Come join me for Blue Heron 100 on March 29th. No crew, no problem. I'm not sure I've ever had a crew!! I have 3 100 miler options for next fall....

Somehow I missed this one live, but it was great. I love hearing you guys praise the Lord and seeing how he's working in your lives. I'm rooting for a strong race for Kevin this week, and as a 3 time HOTS/VolSt DNFer, I love hearing stories about Jim. Someday, Lord willing, I will finish one of those dang races or die trying. Keep up the good work gentlemen.
