We booked a deluxe room which did not come with lounge access but was given a junior suite upgrade with lounge access as a Titanium Elite member. If you purchase the junior suite, it should not come with club access (so do check the inclusions/ exclusions before confirming your booking).

@WanderfulBoys sorry , I confuse this with your ritz Carlton KL video .i booking the ritz suite with titanium. But I cannot seem to find any mention of club or lounge so not sure also. Also the Ritz breakfast is not outsourced anymore so it looks like better quality now

Yes, it wasn't very large but we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Hi! Yea it is a lil weird having to enter from the toilet. About the wet floor, it shouldn’t be too wet because there’s a cubicle for shower keeping the toilet floor dry.

It is indeed very convenient to go to the mall or back to hotel! Especially when you’re holding lotsa shopping bags already.

Yes you can! Just make sure you plan your time properly to avoid missing your flight due to traveling time.

Hello! The fastest is via the underpass. If you wanna avoid the stairs, it is possible, but it would turn into quite a long walk. Try using google map street view to find the crossing. It’s really quite a walk.

Hello! Thank you for watching our video. 1. During our stay we were titanium elite 2. We didn’t have a good experience at Pavilion hotel. The hotel was crowded and they had assigned us a lower category room than the one we booked even though the category we booked was available. Furthermore, we overheard the staff talking behind our back which was very rude. Breakfast was also poor. On the upside, the room was nice and it’s directly connected to Pavilion mall so it’s very convenient. The service and breakfast at JW Marriott is a lot better but rooms are more dated. If you value an overall hotel experience, we’d recommend JW Marriott but if you’d like greater convenience, Pavilion may be better.

I know right! But not everyone is affected by it because Ismail is ok with it. I guess maybe we are more sensitive to it.

Hi, both hotels are located pretty closed. If you want less crowd, perhaps Aloft will be better. Though, Le Meridien is not crowded too as it is at the end of the shopping area. We do prefer Le Meridien overall as it is slightly closer to the main food/shopping area and also the room is bigger! Also, convenient store is just right below.

Hi, we would definitely choose Hyatt Place breakfast without second thought!

The screen works but the system is abit laggy. Not all movies listed are working too. So best rely on your own entertainment.

Breakfast was included for us as a Titanium Elite member. If breakfast is not included in your room rate, it will cost RM 60 for adults and RM 30 for children (based on information we found on the internet).

Is the mattress big enough for two adults ?..and as I can see these are only mattresses..can we move them according to our necessity ?

@arghyaroy5648 Yea one mattress is big enough for two adults. I’m sure you can move it around, I just don’t see how you can rearrange. Haha. However, do arrange it back to its original position.

Executive Deluxe at Trove...offers 1 King + 1 Single Bed Holiday Inn Express JB...They have a 2 Bedroom Queen + 2 Twin Suite Amari Johor Bahru (pricier)..get a Superior Twin plus add on rollaway bed (BOOK EARLY) Holiday Inn JBCC (Pricier)..get a Sea View Suite with sofa bed that has been prepped

Hey, thank you for watching and also for your comment. Sure, we will try to include these information in future. We paid about SGD160 for a night stay with bfast included. For rates without bfast, you may add in the bfast if you wish upon check-in, I overheard it is about MYR50 per person. Do check again. No, there’s no shuttle bus but Paradigm Mall is right below the hotel.
