Yes! But you have to download the files to the rcm loader, basically its similar to ps4 , rcm acts as a usb so , you need to put the necessary files for it to work , let me know if you needed the files?

well, most of the games are easy to run on modern hardware, only t7 and 8 running on low resolution should do the trick. which is implied by the windowed mode.
