We started developing these dsg adaption kits 3 years ago. It started with honda k series fwd dsg adaption. It grew from there into our product list currently. We have sold many different kits since then. Our personal dsg swaps include Honda EK FWD DSG (rewire and tune required) Honda DC5R AWD DSG (rewire and tune required) Evo AWD DSG (tune in progress). We have been made aware of some other dsg adaption kits being made, some of which are shitty copy attempts, as confirmed by angry customers. And some that are majorly overpriced. We are yet to see anyone else with our product list and with our perseverance for excellence. Mechanically, our dsg adaptions kits will fit 100%. And work 100%, if all the logical rules are followed. Ds control is 100% possible also, whether its a piggyback emulator or full standalone controller. Its worth investing in a good tuner for this. Stay tuned for more builds and kits!

@saddiopinnock7838 what wire harness.? The dsg itself has only 5 wires that connects to ecu, power, ground.

@slugmika same adapter will work for the VE engine. Even for dq250 it will work. But for fwd we need to add my custom midshaft.

Is it compatible with any L15 engines? Especially L15Z?
@@khalifaskho4223 it fits the L15B series. I'm not sure about the Z series. But it should all be the same
Would tha hurt the block grinding tha much off?

@@SuperDrivetrainSolutionsI believe I have to purchase a htg transmission controller to use a bmw dct and I am trying to avoid the extra cost. I’m getting fuel techs new vcu (FT700) and it is able to control dsg transmissions. I’m not sure what other transmissions it’s able to control if any. Was just trying to avoid the extra cost of a transmission controller I want to utilize my vcu.
Yes I already cut the blackbird engine in half. Just using the rear case for the gearbox, clutch assembly. Will drive that from the crank of new engine. I know I'm crazy. Give me some inspiration people please!

@illest.223 the power was low. Engine was on its way out. Rebuilding it now. And we were at early testing in fwd mode only. Soon after, everything was hooking up in awd mode. Please send whatsapp for further info +27826580963

@monkeymachine62 only sold as a kit. Engine to dsg adapter, crank to flywheel adapter, transfer case support bracket, new- remachined dualmass flywheel, and all hardware

@birdman0607 the same adapter kit will work with a vw manual box as well as a vw sequential box.
Can’t see anything about changing the box on a gtir, I want to try something different and more reliable

If only there was another TCU option, HTG sucks ass compared to something like CANTCU
@muaminhugsy4964 there are other options that actually work great right now. Syvecs, maxxecu, fueltech, ecumaster. In order of recommendations. Or for another crude method, try Dsg Inside

Do you have to mill the gearbox bellhousing? I've bought the gearbox first to check if it would fit celica gt4, but it seems that driveshaft will start at cylinder number 1, and I can see on your video that driveshaft is aligned properly
@przemysawgedzba3478 no need to mill the bellhousing. The transfer case eliminates the need for a midshaft. But it does mean that the right sideshaft becomes much longer than left sideshaft.

Hey brotha. You just made my Honda dreams come true!! I am a Paraplegic and have been trying to find ways to swap some sort of DSG/DCT trans with a Kswap into one of my 90's Hondas for years! Since I can't walk or use my legs n feet (from a motorcycle accident, used to race), its been rough trying to find the appropriate setup for a race/track vehicle. I can't afford an EVO MR, Porsche, Audi, etc , and I am a die hard Honda guy through n through. I don't make a ton of money, but I will be saving up for your adapter kit and mount kit. Most likely for my '97 Integra RS. I also have a '98 Civic Hatchback DX auto that is just asking for a K swap. Either way, one of my babies will be my new race car! So awesome man, keep it up!
Can you make one for Peugeot 206 1.6 (tu5 engine). there are millions of peugeout 206s in my country and people tune them to 300 hp and put double diaphragm clutches to handle it and we desperately need an automatic for. our left foots are numb from parallel parking with stiff clutches😖

what mounts would you suggest using? this will be for a 95 del sol si, which has an EG subframe
I sell EK mount kit for K/Dsg, using dc2 subframe. . I have no idea if it fits an eg. I have sold sets to EG guys already though. I'm not sure if they had to modify anything. The rear mount will fit 100% .

I know the nsx trans bolts right up to the j series so technically this should work with those as well. Question is, can it be dq500 awd?
Anything is possible. Engine would need to be upfront for awd dsg, so that you can use the vw haldex Rear diff. Dq250 or dq500 will work
