Those shallow rock guards won't interfere with the aero on the car. There are already aftermarket rock guards for the c8 zo6 on the market. Also, custom heat wraps are also available.

1. Buy extended front fender guards. 2. Add Dynomat peel-n-stick heat insulation for rear trunk. 3. Put a towel over engine while washing. 4. 2024 and newer has electric close front trunk. The push and hold is to eliminate fob in pocket, accidentally opening. 4. Is what it is, same for all targa tops. 5. Try track mode for launch control. Consider yourself lucky you haven’t had a failed transmission or dreaded “ticking” engine sound from misaligned camshaft caps.

Well that Z06 is gone , 670 HP RWD vs 1000+ HP AWD , not fair and Z06 is also for tracks not straight line top speed unlike the Veyron , it needs E-Ray with 1000 HP engine to beat that Veyron , also I think the C8 ZR1 with 1064 HP can stand a chance if the ZR1 driver launched it better than the Bugatti

This car is the Chevy Corvette I have waited my whole life to own. The problem I'm having is trying to buy one. I've been dealing with an exceptionally honest dealer Aaron Miller, but the whole team is exceptional at ( Leach Wilson) in Shelbyville IL. They told me from day one that they would sell the car to me at sticker there . I've been waiting for 3 years now to get one. The dealerships have been gouging the customers, and Chevy hasn't been sending them anywhere but to a few chosen dealerships. Some of the people I know have decided not to buy one now. They moved off and bought Audi's or Porsche's. Chevrolet you need to try to get out to the other markets, I've been a Chevy guy, especially performance Chevy, since I was 17. ( I owned a 70 Chevelle SS 396) Now that I've raised my family and waited my whole life, I want the car of my dreams. Please get it to us Chevy purists!

Get a water deionizer. When you wash your car, it will avoid water spotting without having to hand dry. I’ve used a deionizer on my collector cars and it keeps everything under the hood clean with a simple rinse.

A guy I know that owned the first accelerate Yelow C8 Z06 in my town car caught on fire.. It had 5,000 miles on it. The heat in the rear engine bay set something on fire. The Chevy dealer couldn't determine the cause of the fire after extensive investigation. The insurance totaled the car. The guy is out of his dream car. They needed a better cooling system in the rear..
