You cut thrust too early resulting in a hard landing. You are supposed to do that on the "retard" callout

just an fyi: the turnoff lights are normally kept on during taxi except during daytime although many will keep them on for visibility. good landing!

Heathrow "nerd" here, just wanted ton point out that Air Canada use T2b at LHR, and not T5. Just putting it out there, cool approach anyways!

Boeing Flight Crew Training Manual says to add a 5 kt additive to VREF when Autothrottle is connected so it would be best to put 149 in the speed window rather than 144. Cool approach either way. 👍
