I filmed this with a video camera around 2004 in Las Vegas. using a video camera while playing this slot (pre smart phone era of course) and then transferred it onto video tape. I thought I had lost it for ever until I found it recently while clearing out a draw at home. I lifted it off the video tape and then converted into a MP4 file. The best thing about that candle shot is because it's dark and you're focusing more on his already injured eye you don't really notice that it's a fake eyepiece, which is why the end product is just so gruesome!
