The Strange Philosophy of Albert Einstein
Through desiring the truth, I thought to unearth the broader thinking of Albert Einstein, a man well known for his theories of space-time, relativity, and the effects of massive objects. Such an individual surely harbors a sensible life philosophy as well, I thought. Seemingly, I was correct. His own philosophy is very similar to the philosophy I have been able to piece together over the last 6 years when I began to think seriously about life and beyond. I hope this is an efficient, engaging, informative, and inspiring video on the philosophy of Albert Einstein. If you find it to be any or all of those mighty adjectives, please consider subscribing and following along on my/our journey.
No time stamps are provided as I think the ideas all inform one another and are best taken as a whole.

The Hidden Truth: Beyond the Reach of Logic
มุมมอง 65721 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This is a video which means a lot to me. I think it has some of the most important ideas I have come across in the past few years. It is, however, just a jumping off point. For instance, I gave a bare bones explanation of the Incompleteness Theorems. You should look into all of these things and try to actually incorporate them into your model of the world. Zen and The Art Of Motorcycle Maintena...
Jung vs Nietzsche

Today's video is an in depth look at the ideas of Carl Jung and Friedrich Nietzsche. I tried to draw some meaningful parallels. I explored: 0:00 Self-Overcoming/Individuation 1:40 Creation of Meaning 2:58 Eternal Recurrence / Collective Unconscious 4:43 Nietzsche’s Dionysian / Jung’s Archetypes Thank you all for taking the time to watch this video. Jordan Peterson’s $15M Funnel
มุมมอง 1.6K14 วันที่ผ่านมา
Today we are showing for the first time, exclusive access, a behind the scenes look at Jordan Peterson's latest venture: Peterson Academy. We are talking about some of the key points that allow him to be successful, and hopefully we can learn some lessons to apply in our own lives.
Did Jordan Peterson “Fall Off”
มุมมอง 2.9K14 วันที่ผ่านมา
This is a video detailing my perspective on Jordan Peterson. Over the last 2 years I have essentially stopped watching his videos. This was because I believed he had diverged from his original strengths and style. To be clear: I was wrong. Peterson had not changed. His perspectives are still as sharp as ever. This is part reflection, part apology, part analysis of JP. Hope you enjoy.

    Yes, Jordan Peterson did fall off. I no longer watch him having been a big fan in the early part of his youtube career. Before making this comment I checked his podcasts on yt and watched part of several videos. Mostly he is being a interviewer on social, political and pyschological subjects. There is little about self help or religious myth making. They did not, however, change my opinion. Jordan Peterson is trying to convince himself

    Andrew Tate is far from a competitor. He has taken courses off his Real World site so they won't incriminate him even though the damage is done. His "How to lie course" and his 'Pimping Hoes Degree' are taken down yet are still spreading online. Peterson made a university with the best lecturers who are free to speak whatever they want. It has proven to be a success since the universities are failing at everything. His daughter Mikaela has a message about dieting. Nothing else. It pays to listen.

  • @Knight766
    @Knight766 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

    He's as flawed as any of us. He definitely has narcissistic traits and his daughter even more so. He's old fashioned, has a very biased and rudimentary understanding of politics, economics and environmentalism. Having said that, I believe his understanding of human nature and how we interface with the metaphysical order is as good as it gets. He's a smart business operator who knows how to pander to his base audience which shields him from risk but ultimately is a limiting factor for a genuine indipendent thinker.

    I think you are right and I checked his channel for the latest episode and it was with Sam Harris. I felt like you and had to overthink my stance. I still think that his view is tainted when it comes to religion though. I know that he sees religion as an institution of meaning in a world that looses its meaning day by day and I agree insofar that people have to pursue meaning to have a fullfilled life. At the same time I think that meaning doesnt necessarily has to be found in religion and I am completely disagreeing with the catholic view that humankind is fundamentally flawed. And when it comes to these pressing and complex questions Peterson gets more and more convoluted with his answers (I thought about the Dillahunty interview). But maybe I just saw the wrong clips, as I stopped consuming his content on a regular basis. And as a non native english speaker I might also get overwhelmed by some of the complexity. In conclusion: I like his psychology takes, but I dont like his religion takes as they seem to be to personal (his own health and his wifes cancer story seemed to have resulted in an exaggeration of a christian miracle)
