Wife and I are owned by 2 cats Fluffy and Kitty. We have shredded furniture. Wife mentioned it 1 time and I told her I could care less about the furniture. Cats are with us for too short of a time and if they want to shred the furniture so be it.

If you have an orange cat they may never get the brain cell. It is needed more by the wild orange cats on the street to help them survive. If they have a servant to help them they can live long full lives without the brain cell. So adopt, oranges, voids,cottonballs,and everything in between.

About 20 years ago, my cat Tommy, was picked up by Animal Control, who left a note on my door. When I went in to pick him up, someone hollered across the room, "May I help you?" I responded, "I'm here to bail Tom Hänks out of jail." Everyone laughed, and when I walked up, the woman asked if she could help me. I said, "I'm here to get my cat." She asked the cat's name, and I replied, "I told you, Tom Hänks." She looked surprised, as she really found a cat named Tommy Hanks in the system. She said, "We thought you were joking."

Each one a gem. I particularly liked Noodle and the "special eye drops."

I don't know what all this nonsense about orange cats. I had one for years and he was very smart. He even figured out how to turn door handles. No one breed or color all have the same personality. I've had many cats and they were all different.

As an orange tabby Daddy, I can testify that sometimes they have the brain cell....sometimes they don't. Sometimes, he acts so adorable and lovable. Other times - he's an alien from another planet.

Our roadside rescue orange cat we named Thunder, because his purring was thunderous! The kids used to roll him down the hallway, saying “Look Mom! Rolling Thunder!” 😂 he loved the attention! Orange cats are indeed special!

the carrots are to improve the orange fur. orange cats like to 'be on TV' or at least be first viewed. my orange wuss plays dead when he thinks his housemate is playing too rough.

i will never forget my orange tabby. he swam in my pond when he was a kitten and was happy until he realized he was wet when he got out. he tried to use the toilet but his paws kept slipping. when the doorbell rang he went to the door to see who came to see him. whatever i told him he understood and generally obeyed. (i know that is weird for a cat). i got a roommate with a dog and my cat never forgave me. i still feel terrible years after he died. i am truly sorry, will you forgive me?

Seeing the cats hugging their owners makes me so jealous!Mine had just as soon stab me in my sleep!I think they’re trying to kill me.While I’m sound asleep my cats take turns running into my room jumping onto my bed then hit me with all their weight full force on my chest . I swear that they are trying to break my ribs hoping to stab me in the heart with the broken bone!This is an ongoing nightly ritual!When I try to pet them they just duck and walk away.If I pick them up to hold them and pet them they start “swimming” with all four feet trying to get away! They have cleared every flat surface of my house of anything on them.I had pictures and glass ornaments on my piano.They one by one pushed everything off into the floor.Then they went on to all other surfaces.They split my new shade with their nails and then crawled through it to look outside!The shade was to replace my blinds that they tore up!Now they have torn up two more blinds and trying for the 3rd!They have broken 2 shades from a lamp!They knocked over a basket of mail.I picked it up.They poured it back out and into the floor and shredded it with their claws.They have done everything possible to totally destroy my entire home.I think I have defective cats!I rescued two bobtail sisters scheduled to be euthanized. I planned on getting them spayed immediately.Then I found the place that does low cost spay and neutering no longer had a vet.So while waiting for them to find another vet one sister got outside and got pregnant.Now my 2 bobtail females have turned into 4 Bobtail females.I think there must be a history of brain damage in their family tree because these 4 cats are so absolutely destructive and can’t be taught anything except where the treats are.”No” means nothing to these cats.After 7890 times telling them “no” when they climb my bed posts they still do it and look at me like, “why?”Then they head for another set of blinds to bend into different shapes before jumping down and running to finish off destroying their cat tree then on to a table of beads and crafts to put those into the floor then they remember they’re litter box still has litter in it that they can paw out into the carpet before running down the hallway and tearing at carpet under the bedroom door before knocking off everything on a file cabinet.Then on to the kitchen cabinet to knock over a lead vase of flowers which scares them causing them to fly into another window and behind the blinds screaming like a wildcat then knocking over a few more things before having to stop to refuel on kibble!Now I’m looking at the clock.Surely it’s 5 o’clock somewhere?😂

My work has a “comfort dog”. I’m not much of a dog person and pretty much ignore her. In 2020 my mom passed, I was out for 6 weeks (mom lived cross country and I was her executor) when I came back to work I was devastated. I was talking to my boss and the dog came up to me and just nuzzled in. She’d never done that, and I started bawling…she sat with me the whole time and it truly was such a comfort.

So cute 😍 I want any of these sweethearts as my boss ❤

2:27 we had 2 cats do best split litters - Morrigan burmese brown carrying blue and chocolate to a brown carrying chocolate and blue- 2 browns 2 blues, 2 chocs, 2 lilacs. Maniac- brown spotted bengal(choc carrying blue) to another brown(choc carrying blue) beat her - brown spotted- 1m/1f, brown marble , 1m/1f, snow spotted 1m/1f, snow marble 1m/1f- it was the only litter we had no trouble keeping sorted.
