soundcheck is practically a rehearsal. and send-off is after the concert, where you can send off the artists, as in interacting with them and then they leave

rtxgrace starting lining at 2pm because the soundcheck was at 4pm, but i came at 11am to save a spot in line.

Yes! I had the Blink VIP, so they let vip go in first before General Admission. There werent that much vip so there was a lot of space on the floor arena next to the stage~ i chose the spot where i was standing at~ Amazing show!

Audrey no, phone were not allowed. They were very strict. If the staff see us during soundcheck, they will kick us out.
