These updates are great but they are only the top level enhancements that seem to be sales focused. I'd love to see a more detailed deep dive on all the changes made as I know there are other upgrades that have been done.

The evolution of the CIO and CTO roles over the past few decades is eye-opening. It shows that adapting and evolving are crucial in the tech field. I'm inspired to continuously seek out new skills and knowledge.

I started with various RMM Tools in early 2005. Zenith InfoTech, Level Platforms, etc. None worked well. Found HoundDog ... which on website said you can get started in 10 mins. I emailed them to tell them they lied ... it took me 20 mins to install my first Agent. I spent about 1,000 hours on previous RMM Tools. Since HoundDog was entirely Cloud Based, it made it so easy for us to deploy. Worst thing that happened to us ... HoundDog got bought buy GFI, then SolarWinds. They screwed it up. I still have fond memories of HoundDog. Thanks for bring it up in this video. I am reviewing SuperOps and they have many great features that should help us take our MSP business to next level. Our current RMM Tools is actually starting to hinder our progress.

As a former employee, I've seen how Kaseya has dismantled the Datto way of doing things and brought in their crude customer interactions, brash treatment of employees
