I've never thrown a Koi. I have a Pilot because I liked the plastic. Don't know if I ever threw it. I need to give it a shot.

Great course. they changed the baskets last year and holes 14 and 15 they raised the baskets. I don't like that they did that.

Thats why I love it. I can actually score on it. Most courses are just a little bit to long for me.

I usually do but the gold latitude 64 Pure plastic was feeling really slick. So I went with the soft Pure.

@SimplyIncredibleDiscGolf didn't get one of those, I did get a r2 pitch that was sweet looking. I did get 2 lab 2nd detours 1 in each box which is nice cause they are different weights.

I want an R2 Detour because it sounds like R2-D2 from Star Wars. I have an artist friend that I would get him to put a little R2 on it. I would like to get a Servo. I really liked that disc.

Hahahaha, I don't know what I did there but it was my best forehand of the day.

Thank you. If you come here, I'd play Peaks View, New London Tech, and Timbrook Park. An hour east is Hampden Sydney which has a really fun course and 30 minutes west of here is Falling Creek.

I would like to see you play a round of backhand tee shots. I'm predominately a backhand thrower, but due to injury, not so much anymore. I need to play forehand tee shots, which I'm not good at.😕 Guess I need to learn how sometime. Merry Christmas!🎄

@@schizzy2010 I was backhand dominate until I ruptured a tendon i my bicep. Now trying to get a little of it back after nearly 2 years.

I can't throw forehand so I learned how to throw lefty backhand. I can get 250 or so with it enough to get me out of a pinch lol

@@brandongreen9381 I actually did that after I ruptured my bicep. My dr said I'd probably rupture my left one soon. I did 2 weeks later, lol. I was actually throwing pretty well too.

I planned on going to a course where the only issue was some leaves. Last minute i changed my mind. I went home and got my retriever and when I got back, my disc was gone. Most likely never to be seen again.

@SimplyIncredibleDiscGolf goodluck today, I enjoy watching disc golf in other states, I drive for work from maine to florida and I stop and play along the way. So if I see you play a nice course I try to remember and stop and play haha. It's only 5 degrees here right now little to cold to throw this morning.

I watch so much as well. Love seeing great courses. Its 25 now, when I woke up it was 17.

And this course is open the first 10 holes then wooded the next 6, mix the last two. Good course, just outside of my distance.

Thank you for the suggestion. I didn't even think about it until you mentioned it. Josh from Overthrow is always so gracious and trying to help the community. I really learned a lot. I really think a few weeks of throwing it can really help. I may have to save up for one.

This is exactly right. I would like discs and weights that I actually throw. But the instant feedback really helps. I think if I had it at my house, I would throw it a lot and it would really help. Thank you for watching and commenting.

I bought one, it helped me but I only used it maybe 5 different sessions.once I fixed what was wrong I haven't touched it since. Best way is just go to your local shop and use that one and save your 300.00. Or maybe get a buddy to split it with you.just something to think about before buying one. But I can say before I got one I was throwing around 250 to 270. Now I'm throwing 400 to 415, so it can definitely help. Just expensive lol. But most shops have them and will let you use them.

I can see that too. I'd have friends over and we would use it like a video game, lol. who can throw further, most spin, and all that stuff.

That is a good idea too now they have courses you can play on with the app, it will get better for sure.i just need a better projector.

I think with a few weeks of using a tech disc, I would really improve both forehand and backhand. Just one session, its really difficult. I was really just having fun, lol.

It depends on distance. inside 10, just middle of basket. 10-25 I pick a link maybe 3 from the top slightly on the right of center, beyond that just hope to hit the basket, lol.
