Hello! can I apply for EFIN (to work as a ERO) if I don’t live in US and don’t hold any permanent residency, but I do have SSN

@@lolaabdusalikova2136 Hello, if you do not live in the US or have permanent residency you will not qualify to obtain an EFIN. You may want to find out what is your country’s equivalent to an EFIN.

Are those preparers with AFSP program able to e-file client's tax returns? Or they can only be paper filed?

@@RealfootageTv Having the AFSP designation doesn’t grant you the ability to e-file a client’s tax return. You will need to apply to obtain your electronic filing number (EFIN). I also made a video about it.
