Work.Break.Stretch. is your resource for an array of short videos that guide you through movements and stretches that can be performed from the comfort of your workstation.
Physical activity breaks can boost energy, increase focus, improve mood, reduce stress, decrease aches and pains, decrease joint stiffness and muscle tension, reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (e.g. carpal tunnel, tendonitis), reduce the risks associated with “sitting disease,” and improve your overall well-being. It's amazing what just a few minutes of physical activity can do and how it can make you feel.
