I created this channel to share my passion for EVERYTHING OUTDOORS. I will share my life experiences involving fishing, hunting and riding trails. I will explain how we caught our fish, capitalize on harvesting an animal and our overall experience riding different machines. I LOVE THE OUTDOORS and if you watch this channel, I know you do too.

2024 Whitetail Buck Down!
The Ohio Whitetail season has been the ultimate grind. I have learned so many lessons grinding and trying to harvest the most mature buck. I was unable to close the distance on my target buck, but was able to harvest a nice buck. With work schedule and family I knew my time was running out to be able to get out. A decent 8 point gave me an opportunity and I took it. I'm already counting down the days for 2025 Whitetail Season. See y'all Soon. HodgesOut!

Columbus Whitetail Deer Hunt

That sucks when they stop behind a tree . I had a 8 pointer yesterday came in ate the corn I had out but instead of eating the corn in the open he stood right behind a tree lol. I finally did get a small opening for a kill shot.
This has been one of the most frustrating years of hunting but one of the most enjoyable. I'll keep grinding!

That dog is so happy with that pheasant in its mouth. My dog is always trying to set rabbits on our neighborhood walk and never gets one. I think it's his dream to get one.

Men, you need new Broadheads.... That deer suffered unnecessarily.. That is what gives hunter a bad name.... .
I'm not Bowmar... I always use new broadheads you goon. If I didn't, I wouldn't have gotten complete pass through with a fixed blade broadhead.

@@HodgesOutdoors i shot the big one last night but his right shoulder came back and covered his vitals smoked him right in the shoulder it was dark so it was hard to see we never found him i know he is still alive but with him being a mature buck i wont get another chance yk
but i did the best i could at the time and i learned from my mistakes i was expecting to get more penetration I'm shooting 60lbs with a G5 montec we looked on horse back today for crows or vultures but we didn't see anything but its only the 3rd day of the season so i will have more opportunity's
