Our next camping spot on the Oregon Coast is Cape Lookout State Park. This is a great campground with a beautiful beach. There is a trail out to the cape but foggy weather deterred my hike. I do a campground review and walk around the campground and beach areas to give you an idea of what to expect. We also take a stop at a sea salt factory nearby.

Your video creation effort is amazing. The underground mine has been beautifully portrayed, although your journey in this sector is clearly reflected in the new video. Wishing you the best of luck. If you ever want to improve your content creation and make your creator journey smoother, you can seek my help. I work as a virtual assistant in this sector and would happily help you in detail. Stay well. Thank you.
Great information on this RV park and area. Thanks for sharing and take care down the road.
When you said old style fire pit all I heard was giant bee nest….
Nice review of this campground.
Thank you! Trying to research an RVPark for the month of May❤
Thank you....looking for RV Parks in the area❤
Moses Lake is a neat area sort of in the middle of no where in WA but I did like it. Thanks for the review and sharing it. Take care and continued safe travels.
The dogs! THE DOGS! Loved Buffy barking the whole time Cairo is romping.
Thanks for sharing. Never heard of this place. I live in Port Angeles Washington. Lots of beautiful areas to camp here also. ❤️🙏🇺🇲
Thanks for the comment. We hope to do the loop around the Olympics someday also.
Nice video to watch when it brings back memories of Yakima (Birth place), Ellensburg and also Entiat. Many beautiful places and good fishing. Working my way back to my stomping grounds very soon. Thank you for the video.
Thanks for watching. I try to provide informative content for those looking for places to go.
Looks like a lot of low hanging trees..
There were a few, our site had some at one entrance so I just backed in at the other end.
Hi, do you know how many cars can park there overnight? I tried to call the ranger, but no one answer it😅.
I don't know that but on the recreation.gov site there is a limit of 6 people per site.
Hey man. Just want to say thanks for all of the detail in your video. It helps out so much when planning a trip out there. I’m pretty sure I know exactly what site I’m going to request, all due to your video. Takes some of the stress out of planning a trip.
Is this Campground open year round?
No, I believe it closes for the winter. You can check the Wenatchee NF web site and they can give the dates when it is open.
Thank you for the video. My wife and I will be there in August. Never been to this campground and I’m looking forward to it.
The dogs! They are fabulous. Put up more videos with the dogs.
thanks for the tip on using the America the Beautiful pass to get a discounted rate @ the campground.
mogulmiguel Good for all federal campgrounds and for entrance into National Parks. Thanks for watching the video. Happy Camping Mike and Karen
None of these sites have picnic tables?
Bob No, none of them had a picnic table. The only amenity was the drop toilet. These are DNR dispersed camping areas. So you would have to bring your own folding table. We have one we use for eating or playing games on in these type of sites. Thanks for watching the videos. Thanks, Mike and Karen
was it September that you were there? were there a lot of First come first serve spots availabe? I'm going in early Sept 2022 for a week and not sure if I should make a reservation. Thanks for the help. Any good sites you remember to recommend?
Kona We were there in August. Arrived on a Monday but had toured the campground on the day before to see if there were any spots. Yes, there were spots available. We were there for only two nights. It does get more use on the weekends but there seem to be lots of spots. Check the first come sites on recreation.gov, I believe there were quite a few. Reservations never hurt for a long stay. Loop D where we were was closer to the river and more open but the campground is in large timber as you see in the video. Thanks for watching the video. Watch for more videos this summer for more campground reviews. Thanks Mike and Karen
Blue Lake..no tables?

butterfly collector.
You can get ice in Conconully at the general store which also has gas
Loved the video and very nice trees!! Is it hard to get a site here? Cute dogs!! Following along!! We also post videos of campgrounds on our channel!! Melissa from RV Rolling with MJ
Thank you for watching the video. Just getting started producing videos as we go camping. Hope to do more from forest service campgrounds and boondocking sites
Forgot to answer your question. We came in on a Saturday morning and were able to get a first come first served site. In fact there were several site like that available. The other sites seemed to be reserved. But like I said in the video, by Sunday night the place cleared out and when we left Monday morning for Iron Creek campground we were the only ones in the campground besides the camp hosts. Happy travels. RVhounds
@@rvhounds597 thanks for letting me know!!
