I have 2 collars and 1 remote. Somehow when I tried to pair them I have both collars paired on both setting and I can't fix it? Is there a way to wipe them out and start over?

The metal prongs NEED TO BE COVERED BY THE SILICONE CAPS!!!!! They're designed to work with the CAPS ON. You can test them yourself. I could barely feel level 1, and level 4 was as high as I would ever go--a startling experience but not painful. Dogs are more sensitive, though, and even 4 is probably too high for 99.9% of dogs.

This doesn't work when you do the 5 short presses, unless this feature has been removed from the 680 collar receiver?
Hello friend! On the current new version of the model 680 collar, the beep function has been cancelled in the vibration mode. If you want to turn on the beep in the electric shock mode, you can press the switch button five times in a row.
