Just a bit of constructive criticism. You're on the right track but we're still missing a few spots here and there, timing is esential in these songs, try to sync a metronome to the song and then play the song without the backing track and just the metronome, this is so you can focus on correct timing. Also, Tuning is very important, a guitar can have its strings tuned to a drop C but if you try to play going up.thw fretboard it slips out of tune, this is because it's not properly intonated, guitars aren't meant to be tuned up and down as you need so try to do a bit of research in how to intonate your guitar. Also, how is your guitar sound set up? It currently sounds a bit tiny, but it's not impossible to make it sound way better even in logicx or garageband. Also, try to do less angle cuts, change angles when changing guitar phrases or doing solos, random cuts are very distracting.
Hi first off I wanna thank you for your notes and taking the time to write a lot. I’m just starting out this yr and I wanna listen and always try to improve. About the tuning, yeah I get what you’re saying but I can’t spend money on a whole other guitar so I gotta make do with what I got yk. I actually researched the BPM so I can try to get the timing right (I’m a perfectionist so I always go back and try to make it as perfect as possible). I always do different cuts because I’m afraid that if I don’t cut, then ppl will lose interest in the video. I am NOT a professional at all as you can tell. I just do these for fun, hell, my microphone is set up right next to my amp and that’s how I get my sound and tone.
