As those that know me this is just one of my hobbies..
End of November update to show you how The Oaks at Postwick is looking and how phase 2 is progressing.
I try and do one of these every 2 months.
For those that don't know...
This is the new housing development in Postwick, Norwich, called The Oaks, from a new builder to the area called Allison Homes.
All of phase 1 except the flats are now being lived in, Phase 2 is moving on and some now have occupants..
This is the ever expanding east side of Norwich where there are many new housing estates springing up by the NDR..
Personally I think this one is the best situated for all the local services right on your door step, but don't take my word for it just sit back and watch :)
Included is the North side of Smee Lane that Orbit Homes have acquired that are now in the process of removing the old Nursery to make way for another housing estate and school, pity is wasn't a medical centre or similar as with all the expansion this side of Norwich we really could do with another Hospital to take the ever increasing pressure off the NNUH..
I'm always open to any suggestions or other areas close by to video..
