The reason I asked is because as you claimed your video is quite unique since it shows the real grinding of the spices and your comments on the built quality. But as a viewer I felt that showing a soft spice like coriander grinding does not really prove the strength of the motor and the blades. Dry ginger and turmeric should have been the natural choice of spices but unfortunately you went with a soft seed. So if you intend on really demonstrating the true capabilities of sujata dynamix you should do a video of turmeric grinding in future. Also what is equally important is how long does this machine last people claim 5 to 10 years and beyond but has anyone actually uploaded such video after 10 years? Thirdly how is the customer service. Places like delhi may have good service centers where the unit can be taken incase of a failure but is the service good across India? If one is spending over 6k on a machine he will expect it to last and good service incase of damage

@@shikhab2250 I am very happy that you have asked some very good questions. As in Delhi we can have good services but what is the status of other cities ! I will definitely try to cover this topic of service center if possible and will ask them about some updates of other cities. @@ridingwithzindagi that would be of tremendous help for many customers especially me. My moms food processor a good 15 years old needs replacement she hardly used it I did for a few years and then when now more powerful machines are available I feel I can go for a mixer grinder and dedicated chopper instead of a huge food processor. I have a limited budget hence did quite a bit of poking online to see which ones were on the top of the list and narrowed down to bosch and sujata dynamix.My preferred choice is sujata since I have this old fashioned mentality of encouraging local business (people find it strange) but I tend to buy indian products if they are comparible in performance with their foreign counterparts. The only thing that is stopping me from buying sujata is a dedicated service center in kolkata. There may be one I tried looking online but did not find one. And though the claims are tall and well supported by many its a machine and can have defective parts of give away soon. And I do not want to get stuck with it after spending so much. I know there js a dedicate bosch service center here. There are definitely those toll-free customer care numbers that every company provides but my past experience with them has been mixed so I rather go for something that has a physical presence in form of a store where any repair issues can can addressed. Sorry foe such a huge message. But I am pleasantly surprised that you are so prompt with the reply and I appreciate this if somehow these queries were answered then it would be a tremendous help for me :)

Hardik ji yaha per alag size ke flat hai chote aur bare , price bhi vari karta hai . Approx jo mujhe bataya tha 7300/- sq. ft. jo time to time government plan ke according change ho jata hai.

Noida extension me ache society me 9-10k chal Raha hai fresh unit me, resale me up to 8k chal Raha hai,.... just think why they are giving in just 7.3k....
