Hey! It sounds like you are having a drainage problem, making sure the bag is on the correct side and laying flat is important. Please dm us and/or send us an email at support@weasy.com.br where we can help you out with your situation!

So the tray has a slight inclination to drain in the center. After every go, simply pour over water to drain any residue. The mat is made from non stick material so if the poop is solid you can simply pick up and dispose as per usual! If not then a simple scrub over the affected area with pet friendly soap and pour water to drain soap and residue! The mat is removable to ease the cleaning!

​@ADaniBear that's what I did. Took about a week. 2 days full pad, 2 days half pad, 2 days 1/4 pad. Day 7 no pad at all. However.... my dog was already pad trained and the pad was in a low entry litter box. So he was use to get into something to pee.

How about understanding that not all dogs are healthy enough to walk all the time? My dog has joint issues and breathing issues and pees every 4 hours. Taking him out 4-5 times a day makes his condition worse. So, indoor potty is a boon for him

Wouldn’t be an issue. Collect it, flush it down toilet. Clean mat. Anything regarding a dog, you’re gonna have to clean anyways. Beds, toys, sheets etc.

Yeah apparently you’re suppose to pour water over it when they pee. Nothings going to beat pissing on the grass lol

It's just like training your dog to go on a regular pee pad like the other comments said you have to train your dog to go on it so like for instance I'm going to be getting a elderly dog from the shelter of course I'll be able to take her outside go to the bathroom cuz I'm home most of the time the only time I'm not home is if I have to do my internship on Tuesdays and Thursdays but if say for example if something happens to me and I end up in the hospital for like a day or two she has the option to go to the bathroom on the wet seat pad and of course I'll have somebody check in on her but I would say is pretty simple all you have to do is just learn how to train your dog to go to the pad just like a regular keypad you just have to monitor your dog and make sure your dog understands how to use it

Pick it up just like you would outside if you’re at an apartment complex. Flush it down and wash mats etc. Better than a puppy pad bc it’s reusable. Or just train them only to use it for number one.
