    I wish I could hear (wind interference) what is being said for full understanding to safety operations and functional quality learning. Good contents though. Maybe re-tape on a non-windy day ?

    Oh man, dig now, get out of the snow. Get sleds, slide across slowly. Plastic sheeting will work in a pinch. Make sure you put bags around your socks, tape with duck tape. Frostbite isn’t a good thing. Oh, tennis rackets make great snow shoes, use poly rope to tie to your boots. I hope you guys get unstuck.

    Never trust a ladder that’s already in a manhole! Always use your own ladder. I worked for a power company and we also had to use a tripod and harness whenever we entered a manhole! FR clothing as well lol

    I'd think you'd want condoms for manhole entry.

    How’s working for USIC? Why so much bad reviews??

    • @adambackwoods2011
      @adambackwoods2011 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because.. alot of it is PISS POOR MANAGEMENT! By each area. I worked all over the country as a traveling locator helping out is there helping out bad areas. Due to utility overbuilds or new contracts.. When it was overbuild problems with good management the teams worked together and were happy when bad management it was everyone for themselves... No team structure. But when you have a supervisor that does not support their team you have a s*** show. I worked for that company for over a decade and it is a great company.. But not all rules are followed around the country different areas go by different rules easiest way to explain it. I would go back.. But the local state supervisor cannot stand me.. But yet I continue to coach and train their technicians in this area in the field when I see them struggling due to the p*** poor training methods they use today versus how I was trained 20 years ago...
