ALFF 2025 - Talk About Lonely Trailer
Screens Sunday, February 9th, 2025 at the Yukon Arts Centre
A beautiful and penetrating exploration into the causes and conditions of loneliness and the possible remedies for this global epidemic.
Talk About Lonely assembles a cast of knowledgeable, insightful philosophers, psychologists, a therapist, a Japanese cyberteen, a gerontologist, a 92 year old yoga instructor, an Only Fans content creator, an urban planner, stand-up comics, a Christian bishop, an adult toy vendor, a homeless street vendor, and a saint. With compassion and humor the film drills down deep into the historical, economic, political, and personal causes of the loneliness epidemic. And it offers solutions.
