the non stick pan looks like it has a ton of scratches, look up forever chemicals in teflon and it’ll scare you straight, your not really supposed to use metal or anything that could scratch that surface
consider slightly boiling the onion till it wilts before adding to the pan, itll make it more caramalised, try it, and keep some in a tubberware. Add airfried potatoes, mixed leaf salad packs to increase volume, with little additional calories

How is it unhealthy ? I used keto tortillas which are 25 calories each, I used ground turkey which is high in protein and 85% lean. I used vegan mayo & ketchup… didn’t fry in any oil I used avocado oil spray… thanks for the comment tho 🤷🏼♀️

While yes this snack may be like a donut and really delicious it’s not a replacement for a donut. Eat whatever you wanna it it’s your own choice and everyone’s fitness journey is different but the best way to view the foods you eat is guilt free.
