For me the Nuka Ray recipie was on the floor in between the bar and the shelf. Nuka Punch was also on the floor to rhe right of the yellow lamp. and Nuka Power was under the desk, beween the chair with the body th-cam.com/video/le6ZBEjMAls/w-d-xo.html

There must be a second ending cause I didn't get any of this after stage 6. Yet still got the trophy.

UPDATE: The Tower of the Elephant achievement has been tweaked so that it now require a minimum of two people on top of before death by stompers
