Hot for swelling? I think cold for swelling, correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes if the swelling is caused from acute Injury and Inflammation We use cold packs and if the swelling is caused by soreness or stiffness of muscles or spasms after a sudden strenuous activity then hot packs can be applied
