I’ve always interpreted Abbi as the “wisest” that Coral was talking about. Abbi deeply cares for Sunny. She is implied to have been his imaginary friend since before Mari even died. She knows headspace just as well as Humphrey, the yellow cat, and coral. She even says here she knew the truth, but can’t remember it. So my theory is that, after Mari died, Abbi tried telling Sunny that avoiding his trauma and hiding away forever wouldn’t help him. She possibly wanted Sunny to forgive himself or at the very least move on even if it meant moving on from her to. She cares for Sunny’s wellbeing and was wise enough to know that isolation only helped so much. Omori didn’t like that, so he tore Abbi apart “took her wisdom” and banished her so Sunny wouldn’t be swayed to leave headspace. I think this is also why Abbi is so afraid of Omori and attacks him. She fears him because she knows what he does to Sunny and what he did to her. However, at the same time, she realizes that Omori is a part of Sunny just as she is. She sees that Sunny is clearly giving Omori the reigns, so she also begs for his forgiveness for going against Sunny’s wishes.

Notice how Berdly's expression changes during snowgrave, instead of being cocky and goofy, he's more determined to save Noelle and kill Kris. He genuinely understands that Noelle is in danger and isn't doing this by choice so he, like said in the game tries to stop Kris with force, which it sadly backfires heavily.
