Thank you for the tour. I'm in awe of all the ingenious ways people modify their vehicles. When you showed the hidden area in the back and removed the cover to store chairs and a table in it, that reminded me of my mom who could hack just about anything she put her mind to. In the 80's, my parents vacationed via trailers. My mom always figured out a way to modify the interior. She would draw the designs for her modifications, and my dad would build them for her. I'm fascinated by the mixture of chalk paint with fabric softener. Does that mixture allow the paint to stay on the pleather longer? Does it have a softer feel because of the softener? I will have to experiment with this for some of my crafts. I've never used chalk paint (or markers) before because I've never had a need for them, but you're giving me ideas, and I thank you for that. In art terms, using a mixture of water and a few drops of vegetable glycerin will help spread the color of watercolor pencils, especially the cheap ones that contain a lot of filler. I discovered that while I was swatching the Ooly mechanical colored pencils. Have you tried adding vegetable glycerin to chalk paint? I wonder if that would soften it, too, and I may have to experiment with that, also. 🤔🙂 Have you thought about showing how you build the furniture you've shown in your videos? That might draw in more subscribers.
