Tree climb near miss
One beautiful day in the forest, my son climbs a tree, but the scary bit isn't what we expected.

Is she still for sale. Doc
Did it sell
Not yet. I haven't actually listed it outside TH-cam, so kinda taking the slow-sell approach. Interested?
Holy crap.
Great presentation. I had a J-3 Cub before my Cessna 182. I've been thinking about picking up an old classic like this!
It's available for a good home. :) Fresh annual. Had a new prop put on.
Idk how I got this recommended, but I’m glad I did. Learned more about airplanes
Christopher, how can I contact you? Interested in plane. Thanks
You can contact me via e-mail at [myfirstname]@[mylastname].net
Did you sell this yet?
I have not.
Did you sell it yet? Where are u located? Serious inquiry, please respond. Thanks, Dwight Betten
It is not yet sold. I am located in New Market, VA
Wood prop on a rag wing, great sound.
I bought my first Airplane in 1958. A 1939 BC 12 D for $500. Got my ticket in it in 1959.
Right on! I had to pay a bit more than that for this bird! :D
Nice plane !!
Any damage history? TT AF & E? Time since engine overhaul? Cylinder compression at last annual? What model is the Sensenich Prop?
I'm just now noticing this question. I will look that info and get back to you.
There is damage history. I have not yet looked up TT AF, but I think it's 5k+. The engine is around 200 hours. It is a Sensenich prop.
@@ckentgeorge wow the engine is almost new!
@@fobypawz418 It is. Putting a new prop on it this week too. :)
That's the way to do it out of an ice hole alone.. ''DOLPHIN" FLIP, LEGS TOGETHER body flat and etc.. Don't forget, tell friends of this vital method..( been there, done that, and survived a much worse scenario.) Heed this ''escape'' tip, well.
Terrible example for the kids. I guess if the kids are his, they are going to be stupid like him whatsoever.
Where is this?
Haha epic! glad you got out fine.
Great safety video of what to do when you fall through the ice!
