@@jaritaskinen1776 front disc brake stuff is off a 1970 Bonneville and the spindles are a bolt on back to 1965 .. the rear gear and differential change is from a 1969 Bonneville into factory 1966 axle housing . Also same 65-70 interchangeable as far internals

this old 74 Cheyenne Super C10 cost me $500 in 2016 for my son's high school ride it was missing engine and had original first owner old style title and the Western slots mags that had been on its the 70's I imagine . It had hood rust and some other rust but in 2018 it got side swiped by un unlicensed teen girl and her momma insurance bought me a 77 Custom Deluxe parts truck that was white for $400 , gave my son $500 bux and I bought a big stand up compressor and DA sander and a stud gun dent puller :)

12 inch stock th350 currently previously a Hughes 12" GM 25 BOP HD version (2500) both on regular tires is like this regardless. Gen6 Vortec 454 with ZZ502 cam is a beast for torque ... I leave the 295/55R15 MT SS drag radials on all the time now just so it's safer to get on it on the street and grab from a roll better

Your engine wasnt built with the darn SD455 80 psi oil pump was it ? VS the proper Mellings M54D 60 psi pump ?

Also me sure engine to firewall grounds are good , more is better and the dash ground as well

@@OneManGarage I am not sure, but I heard that the turbo 301 has a high volume oil pump, not sure about the psi, I haven’t looked at the oil pump or taken the engine apart. I am going to buy an oil pressure testing gauge to measure the oil pressure.

You can also do a cheap mechanical oil pressure gauge and do a comparison to see what really is going on .. put a Tee pipe fitting where electric sender goes
