    I am a person that has been swimming on there own, i am my own competer, , i had a few injuries and then discovered i have osteoporosis , my body is different i suddenly feel i have to relearn many things , now, my shoulder is giving me difficulty and my left side waist hips.... I think i should begin with shoulder exercises. What has your experience been for this relearner?

Exercise 1 - Front Crossovers To start for this one build up to 10 times to one direction and then switch and go 10 times the other way. (1 time would be crossing over with one leg in front) Exercise 2 - Back Crossovers To start for this one build up to 10 times to one direction and then switch and go 10 times the other way. (1 time would be crossing over with one leg in front) Exercise 3 - Karaoke To start for this one build up to 10 times to one direction and then switch and go 10 times the other way. (1 time would be crossing the leg both in front and behind) If this is easy can build up to 3 sets of each one. Let us know if you have any questions! Also, if there are any other videos you would like specific instructions on the amount of time please leave a comment on that video and we will let you know in regards to those exercises!

For all 3 of these exercises we would recommend building up to 10reps at first (Right leg & Left Leg would be 1 rep). Depending how that feels can move on to a second & third set after.     On the side kick it appears the hips are opening up in the actual pool demonstration. From the description I understood toes forward.

    In the symmetrical walking forward, are you doing a reverse chest fly that is, is the back of your hand pushing the water back or are you slicing the water? In the reverse walking are you doing a chest fly that is are you pushing with the palm of your hand against the water or are you slicing your hand through the water?

      Thank you for watching! The arm motion for symmetrical walking forward: 1. Start with the elbows bent - near the body - palms facing each other. 2. As you move them forward the palms will begin to rotate so they end up facing the bottom of the pool when fully extended. 3. Next when moving them to the side - you want the palms pushing the water back ( so rotate hands to have palms not facing each other) 4. When hands are all the way to the side bring the elbows back to the body (back to step 1) The arm motion for symmetrical walking backward: 1. Start with the elbows bent - near the body - palms facing each other. 2. Extend the arms back (straight elbow) - palms will be facing each other 3. Rotate palms away from each other - (you want the palms pushing the water to help you move backwards) and swing arms through the water all the way forward till the hands are in front of the body 4.When hands come all the way forward bring the elbows back to the body (back to step 1) If you have any other questions let us know!

    I do this without any air-belt or air equipment and am standing in deep water without movement too.
