its actually abbey wood, not shenfield (i think). the only trains that go beyond paddington from shenfield is the 2tph service from shenfield to heathrow airport, which will call at west ealing. correct me if im wrong though, i dont know

It's always cool to see a Metropolitan line train pass by one of the Jubilee line stations at 50mph on the fast line.
