I thought Hawaii is small. It makes my 2bed 2 bath with large lanai look like luxury. Atleast I can fit two electric sofas. Enough room for friends and family. Guess that space is good to save money tho! Rent used to be$1500. Now it’s up $1850! I miss when rent was $600-800. Gone are those days. Time to move back to Vietnam!

In Houston, Texas….I always get a 5 years VISA (unlimited entries / exits)….although I have to get it stamped every 3 months. It’s a BLUE BOOK. I didn’t even have to use any VISA to open a bank account (VIP,located on Phạm Ngũ Lão street) do they still have the 5 years BLUE VISA BOOK now? I left VN in 2018…and came back to live in Houston again…
