What a failure to set up, I tried so many times, a big regret for buying this crap.

I bought one for my 5 year old! It was intended for Christmas but i got so nervous that she would think it was silly that I went ahead and gave it to her early. Lo and behold she LOVES it!! We got the playtime puppy and bee. I just ordered the wizard and a blank creative Tonie! She will be thrilled to get those for Christmas!

The most helpful video with setting up my tonie! We have commercial highspeed internet, and tonie was not compatible, so this hotspot with second tablet/ computer method did the trick!!! Many thanks!

The worst thing I have bought, the company have to be really retarded for making a kid toy with such of complicated set up!!

It works quickly if you sign in from a browser instead of going through the app!! Set it up in less than 10 minutes!! Was having trouble connecting to WiFi so I switched to my browser and bam it connected!

This companies software / set up is a f*****g joke. I mean how can a company of this size live with themselves when you have devices like an Alexa that just plug in and connect in seconds. Arseholes.

I spent about 1 1/2 hrs. trying to connect to WiFi via the app. I tried connecting to WiFi via the website and it worked right away. I suggest avoiding the app until they can fix the bugs.

Your mobile hotspot needs to be 2.4 ghz also.

I got my kiddo a tonie box for Christmas, I just need a creative tonie. Fantastic product, both my 2 year old and 5 year old love it! 😊

Feeling the frustrations. Using the quick guide I fail at the first hurdle because the flashing green light doesn't go solid. Can't connect to WiFi or personal hot-spot. Very annoyed.

What a load of shite, doesn't support 5ghz which most people will have. Tried using the app,different devices, different web browsers etc. Used a range of hotspots too still nothing. Can't justify changing to the 2.4GHz band just for this one device. Our household requires higher performance and speed with the 5GHz. Very disappointing, failure of a Xmas present. Do not recommend.

Do not use the set up of the app. Use your browser and login on the website. They have a different set up there that works. With the app it did not work and like this I was successful. It is working now and my daughter loves it!
