Total Solar Eclipse along the centerline of the path at Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge near Carbondale, Illinois. Two and a half hours of viewing condensed into two and a half minutes of a time-lapse Video. Four minutes of totality in four seconds. This is the second total solar eclipse we have witnessed and captured in Carbondale (the last was in 2017).

What good are holidays without hearing the likes of Bing Crosby singing carols... taking out and looking it all ornaments and decorations that bring back memories- of family that has faded and places that were visited- from Finland to Germany and Iceland to India- and thinking of the less privileged who don't have the comfort of homes and fond memories of families.
