السلام عليكم بروف سارة الحقيقة شرح رائع .عندما يكون هناك تكرار في الجينوم مثلا مرتين او ثلاث مرات الي اخره ( CTCAGTTTCAGTATT/)هل نستطيع استنتاج نمط معين لرسم de bruijn graph اعني ممكن نستنج كم عدد الحوافedge /self loop
تقصد عدد مرات تكرار kmers
