Some of my records from casual drone flight above old chalk quarry in Dunstable. There is plenty of water after heavy rains in last days.

Surley the main lake has some sort of drainage ? It’s no higher than what it is in the summer , how ???

@@bu3584 its very old quarry not used anymore so water basically stays for some time and soak into ground or steam out. However in last two days we had heavy rains which flooded some parts of city in background
