It has nothing to do with how they're being displayed. I keep mine in a darkened room, and my copies of these figures still yellowed horribly.

Kenner / Hasbro toys Justice League of America 1999 Caped Crusader Batman. There were a couple of different Color variants as well. I believe they were all the same pose/stance just different colors. Pop the cape off that thing, add a fabric cape, repaint it if needed, paint the blue underwear and add some black on the cowl and its an "Ok" looking 70's-80's Batman.
