Gotta be honest, I feel like the Hymn of the Fayth is talking not about Yuna’s Journey, but Tidus’s. Apparently the japanese hiranga(?) have multiple interpretations. One version referenced a “child of light” that would end the endless cycle of grief and endless Summoning. Yuna may seem childlike initially, but she hides the endpoint of the Summoners journey from Tidus. Tidus is like a child in many ways, growing up throughout the Pilgrimage, and eventually convinces Yuna to break with the cycle. YMMV

I absolutely love the music in all the Megaman X games from the SNES. I hate to say it, but... I have no idea how it went from these masterpieces to total shit in the PS1 Megaman X series... I realize that many others may not share my views on that, but that's how I feel. Honestly, I felt like they should've just kept the style and music of the SNES X series. I felt like their quality went steeply downhill after the last Megaman X game for the SNES in every way possible.

Far far to many miss these. especially in HD and international since most of them blocked by dark aeons and lets be honest unless you use the cheats, or yojimbo you aren't getting past them without some serious grinding, so it's a shame most miss out on these. Heck most miss out on anima and sisters too if they missed besade sphere (and that's easiest one to miss). I kinda wish they had put dark valefor in so that it didn't auto engage unless you talked to npc, similar to ixion one. it was a brutal feature of international and HD that compromised the lore finding experience for new players of this beautiful game.

Halfway through the game you learn Yuna will die. Knowing Final Fantasy, its wholly likely that she will...you then spend the rest of the game hoping she doesn't, and bam, Tidus does. Its such a great little twist within a twist.

I can't stand the fact that the remaster put dark aeons in the games as a giant fuck you to the player base. The dark aeons don't exist in the original north american PS2 release, and you can go back to the temples freely to see these scenes/get the chests. I was extraordinarily pissed off when I was playing through the remaster, and then found that bullcrap blocking my path. One of the singular worst decisions ever made by a company in the history of video games as far as I'm concerned.

Imagine getting through the Cloister of Trials at Macarana and then slipping right at the end and falling into the freezing cold waters without your Guardian there to help you.

Why does the one in besaid give you two regular potions? Those have long outlived their use at this point. Plus you have to beat a Dark Aeon to get there in most versions

The ending of this game gave me chills. The way the symbol represented words in all the languages was just 👌

How do we revisit macalania? Those damn guado won't leave me alone.

Just a warning to anyone like me who thought it would be easy. DO NOT go back to Macalania temple before you are ready. DARK SHIVA appears blocking your entry, and she will kill the entire party. You have been warned also do not got back to beside and try to revisit the fayth DARK VALEFOR is summoned by someone outside the village and again she will kill the entire party.

The Shiva and Yojimbo faith really revealed a lot about Tidus being a dream. I'm surprised Yuna didn't ask him again what they meant by that. She was smart enough to pick up on that when Bahamut's faith hinted at it.

Shiva has the best location, I like that it isn't closed like the other aeons

Dude the wheel of time is hitting me so hard. I keep being pointed to my childhood games here lately by some cosmic force. X. XII. What's next man? Hahaha Legend of Dragoon? VIII? I'm getting curious about all these small algorithmic signs. Not enough to become concerned. But I think I need to play X or XII soon. Its been made obvious by TH-cam hahaha

If you want an even greater challenge, there is a code you can enter that allows you to finish the game without the dash ability!

Love these games to death. Got all 40 hunter medals on x collection 1 (x1-4). I grew up with these games, and the first 4 will always hold a special place in my heart. X5 is decent, and even X6 has a couple cool things in it like the ninja armor. X2 has the best and coolest looking x-buster upgrade, than x4, and even though x3's is kinda useless, I still love it. X1's is meh, but it's ok I'll give X1 it's free pass since it was the first game in the series. I really would love to make my own MMX style game one of these days.

I never understood all of these cutscenes until I finally beat the game. They are so sad.

The sisters tried, I think. Perhaps they believed that more life, more sacrifice, would mean more power. A better chance to erase Sin forever. How many others also tried and failed to find the alternative, I wonder?

Too many unnecessary hits

I like how the super weapons in the SNES X games get progressively weaker but easier to use. The Hadoken can only be used on the ground, you need full health to use it, and it's not easy to hit anything with it, but it kills anything in a single hit. The Shoryuken also has to be used on the ground and you need to be at full health, but it has a much better range of attack, however it doesn't kill on one hit unless you hit the enemy correctly. The Z Saber can be used while jumping, goes across the screen and can be used anytime, but it doesn't kill anything in a single hit.

I got so fucking scared when i got the false ending. It looked like some kind of punishment and it reminded me of those anti piracy screens we see online.

20 years later and I never knew you could do this. Guess I need to re-download and replay this legendary game again:)

The simple way is to have Tidus use provoke. This forces Defender X to use only Blast Punch on Tidus. It reduces Tidus's life to half every turn, but it doesn't knock out anyone

I love how game wikis call the first one "Default" ending and the second one "Perfect" when in reality the first one is bad and the second is good lol

That's weird, when I went to the area with the warriors who capture you more than once it didn't automatically send me back. It actually looked possible to get through because the warriors would all bunch together and move slowly, the only reason I couldn't get through was because they'd form a really long line getting through the gate.

if every villains has a dangerous of their life as they always keep the weapon and has an evil organization until they captured by the cops actually they like to make their self life in full of challenges and to be like the man who take a possibility conquer the world to the top
