Cool
Was this all on the Auxier Ridge trail?
We were only on the Auxier Ridge trail for 1/2 day, the rest is from other trails around KY
This was our itinerary -Thursday (4/27) - Leave in the late afternoon, car camp at koomer campground in the park. -Friday (4/28) - Park a car at Martin's Fork and start hiking from the Bison Trailhead. After about a mile get off the official trail, climb up Indian Staircase (with packs) then hike along the rim on an unofficial trail, get back on the Sheltowee Trace, visit Indian Arch, climb Cloud Splitter (side trip-no packs), hike across the Red River on the footbridge, stop for swim at the Swimmin' Hole and hike to Hanson's Point. Camp there. Miles: Approx. 10 miles. -Saturday (4/29) - Hike to Gray's Arch and out to Martin's Fork. After the hike, we will climb out on Half Moon Rock for a view of Hanson's Point from across the valley. Miles: Approx. 6 miles -Sunday (4/30) - Hike the Auxier ridge trail to courthouse rock, then out to double arch and back. Approx. 6 miles. Stop at Miguel's Pizza to eat. Head out.
Right on, thanks!
