The first thing somebody can do for me as a new driver is show me how to use the goddamn app. I need a review of things briefly mentioned during training. I can do a basic delivery taking pictures but new situations arise constantly and I don't know what to do. I drive in 'Hell Hole, Appalachia, a mhp in a landfill. If there's anybody reading this that knows where there's a video explaining what to do when different situations arise.

I got a tier 2 for delivery instructions. Couldn't understand and I called and texted the guy with no answer so I put it where I thought would make the most sense. I guess they didn't like that. I'm just gonna rts that 💩 next time

Oh my gosh... you are a lifesaver!!!! I recently had car issues and after my car was fixed the voice guidance on the app was no longer speaking so I thought it was because of something that occurred during that time. Thank you so much for this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it works you more power to you it all depends on how many bags you get if I get 15 bags I put them all in the bottom and all the overflows on top in groups using the yellow sticker this way you don't hurt your back bending and flipping heavy boxes.

Too many packages to deliver, apartments are challenging unless you are instructed to drop them off at Amazon lockers, parking your van on a street with limited spaces or parking restrictions

The drinks in my area are rainbow sherbet, orange dreamsicle, white gummy bear, and sour gummy worm. Out of all of them rainbow sorbet has to be my fav honestly

Im first day my phone rebooted on me twice and then it takes time for the app to load up..then i go to my address but my phone saying im out of the area so i called dispatch and they told me call driver support witch put me on hold for more than 5 mins...then a small envelope fell behind the seat i went crazy tearing up the van on my lunch break..then several times the navigation was lagging and even went off line a few times..i was serious thinking about driving back to the dsp and quit but i finished and quit the next day..glad i didnt quit my day job with FedEx Express

You should teach something. Your teaching is very good. I'm still learning English and the only video I could understand was yours You pronounce the words well and make it easier for me to understand .I'm starting as a delivery driver this month

DSP Drivers don’t qualify for Career Choice CDL paid training. Amazon is a fraud. EVERYBODY STOP APPLYING FoR DSP’s. You don’t work for Amazon. You work for a fellow criminal with an LLC and good credit and 2 other people in their family. You don’t get Amazon benefits. This guy doesn’t help with his motivation.

There are many reason i left after 2 months. One of them being the dispatch and other being there joke of a driver support. I went off on them two days before i left. The outright biggest reason is there stupid rescue. I helped them out several times, and when i needed help on occasion, i was left and told no help. O yeah the owner taking off to las vegas with multiple checks including mine and trying not to pay. Long story he paid.

So crazy how they say safety first and have all this mentor DSP sht, But rush you to rts and say you took to long.. As long as i deliver my packages shouldn’t i be good? like wtf
