I’m in peak right now, my Highest amount of done so far is around 200 stops and finished around 8pm. Not too bad imo. Numbers finally look like they’re slowly dropping now.

You honestly Said it right, I worked for one the other day and it turned out to be a complete disaster because they expect me to learn the route and app all in one day and start telling me about me being behind and it was a natural failure then they took me off the schedule than put me on standby and asking if I can come in on standby after taking away all my shifts. Until now I don't go back and not intend to either.

Might try this , Solid workout, time outside, traveling a lot? Seems fun and it’s miles better than sitting in an office 8 hours not moving or standing at a cash register at McDonald’s

You have to make 8 clicks on the rabbit for each delivery, 180 to 300 times. The routing software will have you making a U-turn every other stop, when they say reversing is unadvisable. Genius technology company, clearly

One of the best things that happened to me was when I had a one-time pass code. I had to call driver support to see if they're able to obtain it for me, and i was lucky enough that he simply told me he could bypass it for me. He was straightforward, no unnecessary bullshit questions

Shitty pay no pay scale. Dead end job. Horrible treatment. Total survaliance. Micro management. Its not difficult but it had its challenges. Liked the job. Hated the bullshit moved to union job. Better pay. Benefits Treated as a person. Amazon drivers need to unionize

What yall recommend? I got a job for FedEx and Amazon. Both are not real companies, I work for subcontractors. Amazon pays $21 an hour. The hours at 9:30am-8pm 4 days a week, and I do have to rescue people if they’re slow and I don’t get paid if I’m done early. FedEx starts at $160 a day, 5 day work week and they said I’d start at 7:30am. Im personally thinkin about FedEx cuz they’ll cover my DOT card cost and I feel it’ll be a better stepping stone because eventually I want to drive stuff that requires a CDL so I can make good money. What do yall think?

Keep wages competitive with other DSPs in the market. That way, drivers won't start looking at other DSPs who pay drivers more to do the same job.

Hire 2 people per van, one of them sorts the package and delivers while the other drives and parks.

I remember them days delivering packages in the Amazon vans, then decided to work in the inside fulfillment Amazon, then move to Tom team department. Now I’m a female trucker for Amazon.

How do you find the model agency ?

Do they get on you if you have the camera off?

The first thing somebody can do for me as a new driver is show me how to use the goddamn app. I need a review of things briefly mentioned during training. I can do a basic delivery taking pictures but new situations arise constantly and I don't know what to do. I drive in 'Hell Hole, Appalachia, a mhp in a landfill. If there's anybody reading this that knows where there's a video explaining what to do when different situations arise.

I got a tier 2 for delivery instructions. Couldn't understand and I called and texted the guy with no answer so I put it where I thought would make the most sense. I guess they didn't like that. I'm just gonna rts that 💩 next time
