Make sure that you create an account using a work email and that the domain associated with your work email does not have reputation issues.

@@design-with-bee Actually I design landing pages and email templates on figma as a Product designer. After designing then I import to email editors to build it there. But since that isn't available it is fine I will work with just Beefree editor

Definitely not :-) If you are talking about the user name and password of the email sending system that you will export emails to, we establish a secure connection to that system (e.g. Gmail, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), but do not store your user name and password. We hope this helps!

Hi Vanessa, happy to help! Make sure that you are editing an email, not a landing page. If you are editing an email, then you should be able to click on "Export > Push to your sending system > Gmail". If this is not happening, could you provide more information on what you are seeing? Thanks!!

Thanks for your feedback, Lindsey! We totally understand what you are saying. The reason why the feature has been structured this way is to allow for granular control of styling properties that are specific to that content block. The properties of a "Title" content block are very different from those of a "List". You can see this when you select each of them, and notice how the property panel on the right side changes. In the trade-off between having to use an additional content block and providing that styling flexibility, we opted for the additional styling control. We hope this makes sense, although we fully recognize that it does not help you save the additional clicks you wanted to save. Thanks again for the kind words about Beefree!!

One reason is when you want to quickly create spacing on desktop that will not be shown on mobile (or vice versa). You can add a spacer block, and hide it on mobile.

Hi, Sherry, padding is a way of adding space to the edges, or top and bottom, of a piece of content so they don't run together for visual separation. For example, when creating a project with two or more buttons, you would want to add some space between them so they don't get mis-clicked, and in this case padding would help you create the space. The padding numbers are set in pixels.

When you've already installed the addon, you're not seeing any templates, correct?

Hi there. When building the email, you have the option to hide a row or content block on Desktop or Mobile. When building your email, you can utilize this switch while also verifying with mobile design mode in the builder.

Hi, Fung. Assuming there is no extra spacing or padding between your rows, or a divider, your best bet is probably to use custom HTML to create a table that will render correctly with Outlook.

Hello Bobby, when you import an HTML document into Mailchimp, you cannot edit it with the Mailchimp visual editor unless you included special markup language. You can use their code editor, however. See mailchimp.com/help/import-a-custom-html-template/#Edit_your_custom_template For this reasons, most people that use BEE Pro with Mailchimp do all their edits directly in BEE Pro. Not only you can design your email with our visual builder, but you can also collaborate with other people that might need to be involved to review and approve the message, and then export to Mailchimp using the built-in Mailchimp connector (see: support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004495852-Exporting-to-Mailchimp). It's a pretty seamless process. We hope this helps!

Hi there. You will need to re-save the row as a synched row in order to use this feature. Synched rows are able to be "un-synched" directly in the builder after inserting.

Hi, Patricia. Sorry for the delayed response. To add an unsubscribe link, you can either add a button which links out to it, or if you highlight the text you'd like the link to be on, you can directly create a link to your unsubscribe page in the same toolbar when you can bold, italicize, etc.
