Brother, thank you for sharing this information. It will surely come in handy. I have a a question though. On the topic of sound, how would one set things up differently if they are using a DDJ 400 controller for example? Remember these types of controllers only have one usb input which is used to connect to the pc.

Are you asking how you would record sound if you are using a DDJ Controller? If so then it’s very easy. You just record the sound through the software you are using to control with the DDJ. Could be virtual Dj, rekordbox etc. DDJs are midi controllers.

@@mokonephineas9616 Try OBS, a DDJ doesn't produce its own sound. Essentially, you just capturing sound from your PC. If you are trying to capture on a different computer, you are going to need a sound card to transfer the audio output from the PC you are using the controller on. Then just connect your cameras to OBS. You'll get audio and visuals at the same time. Hope this helps.
