I really needed this video and information thank you for being so very descriptive the only thing I just kind of question is that would be cool to get closer UPs of the plant but that's it, live in Michigan and have been getting so many native flowers, mostly native And it's crazy to see how they prefer native way more than non native species or hybrids or non native, or an invasive species. , I've noticed with gardening for over 18 years that 90% of the time they have way more pollinators and definitely different kinds. in way more different kinds. I used to hate goldenrod for some reason we just when I was growing up I was told it was for my allergies. And I don't know for some reason I just thought it was ugly you see it everywhere and the sides of roads. But this year I've actually grown to like them t same as milk weed. So I added those to the gardens in the bees f****** go crazy over them too. after looking really close to goldenrod and researching it fucking appreciate its beauty so many ants flies nats butterflies wasp bees months. I just would see it growing everywhere so it doesn't really fascinate me but over the years I've started to appreciate it needed flowers so much. I found one prairie dock plant down the road from my house and God I want that plant that plant is what brought me to this video and I don't want to dig it up out of its habitat even though it was on the side of the road since there was one but I'm going to go back there and harvest the seeds and when those grow at my house I'll spread the seeds around my house. And also spread the seeds down the sides or roads and what not.

The bridge thats being built sown at north deep creek near the train station, seems to me to be taking very long to get finished compared ro the other ones. They have laid bitumen, finished three other over pass bridges yet the north deep creek one looks to be a long way from being finished. Some of the rumours ive hears getting around about some of the bridge builders, i can understand why its taking so long. I will be very suprised ive its ebem completed by 2024

Asclepias tuberosa transplants really well from taproot actually! You don't even need the entire taproot. For context, it looks very similar to a large carrot or Parsnip, and plants will happily regrow from remaining taproot that breaks off in the soil, and from whatever taproot is recovered. You can even cut the taproot into pieces and plant them on their sides so the regrowing plant can orient itself up and not be accidentally planted on its head. I've had lots of great success growing them this way

I like Pycnathemun muticum best because the silvery bracts really look nice in my native plantings. but all mountain mints are amazing for looks and pollinators! Love the stuff! I plant them with monarda along my garden pathways so anyone brushing up against them gets a lovely aroma of spearmint/ peppermint scent with the earl grey tea scent of monarda.

What zone are you in?

I planted some rattlesnake master last year, so I’ve only had it for one season (they didn’t flower last year as they were small). What do I do in the spring (now) for pruning and maintenance? I’m hoping they lived as none of them are showing growth yet (though most plants here are just starting to grow). The leaves are all brown and crunchy. Should I cut the leaves back or just leave them until I see growth?

one thing i disagree with is putting all those rocks out there. mother nature did not do it and they need too quit doing it. they talk about canoes and kayaks wanting too run the river than they put out rocks too hit. boggles the mind. and no you do not need ripples for fish when there was none before.

So many of these videos end with the project 1/2 or 3/4 complete. Like this one.

Thanks to all governments who has helped us to build these building. I was teaching in one of schools at Ruteng, NTT. Although, there were no electricity, but we could learn well. When it was rain, we were not getting wet.
