On my way to the gas station, I almost T-boned a person who pulled out right in front of me, forcing me to slam on my brakes. Coming home from the gas station, I find a drunk driver driving in front of me. He was swerving in and out of his lane, almost striking an on coming vehicle. 911 was called and a license plate number was giving to the dispatcher.
