Kathy Filosi Nelson started her career at NBC News twenty years ago where she honed her skills writing and producing award winning programming. Kathy traveled extensively as a Senior Writer/Producer for NBC's Today Show. After leaving NBC, she started her own production company whose clients include the several US agencies, Discovery Networks, Scripps Networks, National Geographic Television, as well as profit and not-for-profit organizations. Kathy started the Dept of Homeland Security's Video Training Division for Customs and Border Protection and worked with Retirement Living Television's executive development team, producing senior adult-focused medical and lifestyle shows. Kathy has executive-level experience as a large-scale project manager and is exceptional at implementing all aspects of marketing and public relationship campaigns, from inception through successful execution.
