Everywhere there' s roadworks
Thank you for watching my video and hope you'll subscribe my channel 😊 You are right. There are indeed a lot of roadworks. This is largely because they can't be done in the winter, so the work is scheduled for the summer. Mannerheimintie is the biggest main road into Helsinki, and its roadwork will be finished soon. I might make a new video once everything is ready.

@@simoneortolani3604 Sadly Helsinki is known for being the one city with "roads ripped wide open" amongst Finns. Yes, there's been bigger -and much needed- renovations lately, but it's always more or less like this! When Helsinki was chosen as the European Design Capital one year, the district known for its trendy boutiques and shopping streets got renovated in the same damn year, in the middle of tourist season! 😫
